  Atypisch stille Beteiligung

Stille Beteiligung (geregelt in §§ 230 bis 236 HGB), bei der der stille Gesellschafter mitunternehmerisch beteiligt ist, z. B. durch Teilhabe am Gewinn und Verlust und durch das Recht zur Mitsprache bei Entscheidungen des Unternehmens, an dem die stille Beteiligung besteht.
